All the benefits of a roast at home, but without the prep, mess or washing up! This approach also reduces food wastage, which is incredibly important to us.
BOOKINGS CLOSE AT 3PM THE FRIDAY PRIOR (so we can prepare your roast just for you) - subject to availability.
Menu
- Select one of the roasts below for the whole table when booking.
- Vegetarians will be catered for individually and separately to the rest of the table (see below for vegetarian option, this can be added at the final checkout stage of booking).
- Starters, desserts & drinks - to choose and purchase on the day, if desired. A separate charge will apply for these items.
- £30 per person for each main course, except for duck or venison which have a £2.50pp supplement (please select the premium option at the start of the booking process if choosing duck or venison for your table)
- All main courses are to be paid for at the time of booking (please note that this payment is non-refundable)
- Please note a discretionary 12.5% service charge will be applied to your bill on the day.
All roasts are served with 'all the trimmings': Yorkshire pudding, gratin of cauliflower and Westcombe cheddar, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables glazed with salsa verde.
Iford Estate roasted dry-aged beef (minimum 2 people)
Served with crumbed bone marrow, horseradish cream, beef jus and 'all the trimmings' above.
Iford Estate roasted dry-aged lamb (minimum 2 people)
Served with lamb pigs in blankets, mint sauce, lamb-rosemary jus and 'all the trimmings' above.
Creedy Carver whole roasted chicken (minimum 2 people)
Served stuffed with a garden herb and onion stuffing, wrapped in smoked bacon with an orchard apple sauce, chicken jus and 'all the trimmings' above.
Wiltshire porchetta (minimum 2 people)
Served stuffed with garlic, herbs and fennel, 'nduja stuffing with apple-chilli chutney, pork jus and 'all the trimmings' above.
Iford Estate roasted dry-aged venison (minimum 2 people) - £32.50pp
Served with wood-roasted onions, date chutney, venison jus and 'all the trimmings' above.
Creedy Carver whole roasted duck (minimum 2 people)
Served with a duck, rosemary and apricot pig in blanket; chutney; duck jus; and 'all the trimmings' above.
Whole roasted Berkshire trout (minimum 6 people)
Served with crab veloute and 'all the trimmings' above.
Vegetarian roast (minimum 1 person)
Seasonal vegetable pithivier served with roasted mushroom gravy 'all the trimmings' above.
