Iford 24-hour fermented sourdough with house-made butter
1st course
Iford Estate smoked venison ham, caramelised cauliflower savoury custard, pickled pear & chicory
2nd course
Smoked trout and scallop spelt risotto, fermented garlic, goats curd, nettle pesto
Main course
Wood roasted Creedy Carver duck, potato velouté, butternut squash, pumpkin seed granola with a duck & blackberry jus
Dessert
Iford Estate orchard apple & cob nut gateaux, blackberry sorbet, cider caramel
