Aperitif

Cremant de Bourgogne

To start

Iford 24 hour fermented sourdough with house-made Butter

1st course

Oeufs en gelee with smoked ham, root vegetables, endive and grape salad

2nd course

Cornish monkfish tail with peas a la franchise

Main course

Dry aged wood-grilled red stag venison with port & liquorice poached beetroot, roasted artichoke, potato puree, pickled radishes, peppercorn sauce

Dessert

Tonka bean custard tart with stewed rhubarb, ginger gelato, shortbread crumble

To finish, choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petit fours

A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged).

Supper club timings
18:45 - Arrive after this time and be greeted with a welcome drink;
19:30 - Food served
22:00 - Finish

Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
