Jerusalem Artichoke Ravioli, Cured Ham, Hazelnuts, Roasted chicken wing broth, Sage Oil
2nd course
Cured Chilli Crab, Watermelon salsa, Scallop Fritter, Oyster mayonnaise
3rd course
Estate steak for two. Cooked over the Bertha, home grown mushroom Tartlette, with Cep custard & Wiltshire Truffle, with a rich Bone Marrow Jus
4th course
Stuffed slow cooked Onion, Triple-cooked Chips, Purple sprouting Broccoli, Chilli herb butter
5th course
Dark & Boozy Cherry Souffle, Caramalised Almond Milk gelato & Caramel Sauce
To finish
Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petits fours
