Aperitif

Cremant de Bourgogne

To start

Iford 24 hour fermented sourdough with house-made butter

1st course

Bitter leaf salad with shaved fennel, orange, pecorino with pepper vinaigrette

2nd course

Tea-smoked mackerel with gazpacho, rillette, fermented chilli, micro basil

Main course

Creedy carver chicken and ham hock wellington with sauteed hispi, pancetta, pomme puree, sage & onion jus

Dessert

Clotted cream custard tart with an earl grey meringue, strawberries, basil sorbet

To finish, choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petit fours

A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged).

Supper club timings
18:45 - Arrive after this time and be greeted with a welcome drink;
19:30 - Food served
22:00 - Finish

Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
