Pintxo of house made chorizo, marinated peppers, olives and preserved lemon
1st course
Estate cured beef, West Combe cheddar custard, cowboy toast, and aged balsamic
2nd course
Chalk stream trout, with watercress gazpacho, prawns, chorizo, cucumber and lemon
Main Course
Estate Lamb, slow cooked over coals, with a sticky treacle-lamb and shallot jus
For the Table
Pulled Lamb stuffed steamed buns, glazed with truffle butter, with braised fennel, French beans and chilli & garlic salt-baked potatoes
Dessert
Key lime cheesecake parfait, biscuit crumb, lime curd, condensed milk Chantilly, and torched meringue
To finish
Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petits fours
A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged).
