Iford 24 hour fermented sourdough with house-made Butter

Pork, apple & black pudding corndog with burnt apple ketchup

1st course
Spiced Estate Lamb kebab, aubergine caviar, topped with Dukkha & Sumac, with a roasted onion-dill

2nd course
Bourbon glazed Monkfish, shrimp with a celeriac puree, with a fennel & chive velouté

Main Course
Smoked brisket of Estate beef, a port-fig and black garlic sauce

For the Table
Duck fat fondant potatoes, sauteed sweetheart cabbage, with charred leeks and wood roasted mushrooms

Dessert

Chocolate fondant, crème fraiche, Cherrie consommé, candied peanuts

To finish
Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petits fours

A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged).

Supper club timings
18:45 - Arrive after this time and be greeted with a welcome drink;
19:30 - Food served
22:00 - Finish

Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
