Double smoked, maple bacon madeleine with an egg yolk emulsion, and maple bacon pickle back shot
1st course
Estate southern fried rabbit, lactose fermented hot sauce and saffron aioli
2nd course
Coronation Cornish cod in a steamed bun, with chicken skin-nori crumb, pickled cauliflower and cucumber salad, and a butter-milk dressing
Main Course
Treacle and cider brined pork loin, cooked over coals, with Bath Chap sausage
For the Table
Salted baked potatoes, seasonal vegetable pie, with a Iford cider-pickled blackberry and pork liver jus
Dessert
Freshly baked madeleines with strawberries and cream
To finish
Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petits fours
A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged).

Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
