Estate Lamb Bavette cooked on the Bertha accompanied by Apple, Juniper & Rosemary

Macaroni Cheese, buttered spring greens & Bordelaise sauce

Marquise au Chocolat with Mint-Chocolate Chip Ice cream

Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petits fours
