A fine-dining festive menu with live jazz, to include a welcome drink on arrival.
Festive Supper timings:
18:45 - doors open: arrive after this time and be greeted with your welcome drink;
19:30 - the first course is served so please ensure you have arrived to be seated before then;
22:15 - to finish shortly after 10pm
There will be crackers on the tables and festive decor in the restaurant at this time of year.

Starter
Estate beef carpaccio, truffle aioli, pickles qual egg, celeriac remoulade, Brussels sprout slaw
Fish course
Estate double oak-smoked salmon, sourdough crumpet, caviar, Champagne hollondaise
Main course
Estate dry-aged beef Wellington with Borderlaise sauce, served with truffle pomme puree, sauteed green beans in garlic butter, roasted Brussels sprouts in pancetta & braised red cabbage
Dessert
Christmas pudding frangipane tart, clementine geleé, brandy sauce ice cream & poached pear

Homemade petits fours
A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night. There is also a variety of soft and non-alcoholic drinks available (all separately charged).
