Supper club timings - please note the EARLIER times for August 2024 supper clubs onwards:
18:45 - arrive after this time and be greeted with your welcome drink;
19:30 - the first course is served so please ensure you have arrived to be seated before then;
22:00/15 - to finish shortly after 10pm

Aperitif
Welcome drink

Amuse bouche
Beetroot potage, apple, yoghurt, seeds

Bread course
Pumpkin seed sourdough, truffle butter

1st course
House made bucatini, spring greens, chilli garlic and burrata

2nd course
Carpaccio of estate beef, Perigord truffle, mushrooms, corn and Jerusalem artichoke

3rd course
Tom the Farmer's lamb grilled on Bertha with gratinated potatoes, roasted pumpkin and salsify, salsa verde

4th course
Dark chocolate souffle tart, clotted cream ice cream, honeycomb

To finish
Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petit fours

A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night and there will also be a 'no and low' drinks pairing (all separately charged).

19:30 - food served; and
c. 22:00 - finish

Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
