Six course tasting menu with live music, to include a welcome drink on arrival.
Supper club timings - please note the EARLIER times for August 2024 supper clubs onwards:
18:45 - arrive after this time and be greeted with your welcome drink;
19:30 - the first course is served so please ensure you have arrived to be seated before then;
22:00/15 - to finish shortly after 10pm

Aperitif

Savoury canelé, wood roasted butternut squash, truffled pecorino, crispy sage
Bread course
Polenta & sesame sourdough, whipped butter
1st course
Red cabbage gazpacho, pickled celery, cauliflower crema, olive oil
2nd course
Jerusalem artichoke ravioli, cured ham, roasted lamb jus
3rd course
Charred Cornish mackerel, sauce vierge and spinach
4th course
Estate beef cooked on the bertha, roasted cauliflower custard, courgette frites and watercress
5th course
Chocolate cake, blackberries and clotted cream ice cream
To finish
Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petit fours
A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night and there will also be a 'no and low' drinks pairing (all separately charged).
