Six course tasting menu with live music, to include a welcome drink on arrival.

Braised aubergine-beet gyoza, Japanese tea broth, pickled red onion
Bread course
Steamed bun, seaweed butter
1st course
Duck liver parfait, kraut slaw, laka, beef tongue pastrami, French onion demi-glace
2nd course
Chicory, radish, and pickled raspberry salad with bath blue cheese, burnt honey vinaigrette
3rd course
Basque countryside cod, carrots, French beans, greens with pistou
4th course
Slow Pork over coals, sage-kelp and onion broth, potato dumplings, braised pork cheek toastie
5th course
Clotted cream panna cotta, stewed cherries, ginger snap crumb
To finish
Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petit fours
A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night and there will also be a 'no and low' drinks pairing (these are separately charged).
Supper club timings
19:30 - arrive after this time and be greeted with a welcome drink;
20:00 - food served; and
c. 22:30 - finish
Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
