Sourdough focaccia, in house made whipped ricotta

1st course
Confit onion and potato rosti, pickled walnut, 24 month Iford ham, farmers cheese

2nd course
Radicchio salad, orange, grapefruit, fire roasted hazelnuts, baked goats curd, tarragon dressing

3rd course
Cornish mussel flatbread, lobster thermidor butter, sage, preserved lemon, harissa

4th course
Creedy Carver duck cooked over coals, ragout of baby carrots, broad beans, courgettes and summer squash, tapenade, duck jus

5th course
Brown butter and hazelnut tart, spiced gooseberry and stem ginger ice cream, rosemary honey

To finish
Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petit fours

A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night and there will also be a 'no and low' drinks pairing (these are separately charged).

Supper club timings

19:30 - arrive after this time and be greeted with a welcome drink;
20:00 - food served; and
c. 22:30 - finish

Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
