Steamed herb bread, filled with olives, potato tuile

1st course
Bath chap hotdog, potato brioche bun, pork fat hollandaise, truffle mustard, Bath soft cheese

2nd course
Asparagus, spring onion and burnt leek terrine, mustard sauce, mint purée

3rd course
Xo cod skewer, scampi broth, nori, lemon

4th course
Quail and pig trotter crepinette, confit leg spring, ratatouille cake, gremolata, tomato broth, basil essence

5th course
Poppy seed-lemon entremets, lemon curd ice cream, sherbet gel

To finish
Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petit fours

A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night and there will also be a 'no and low' drinks pairing (these are separately charged).

Supper club timings

19:30 - arrive after this time and be greeted with a welcome drink;
20:00 - food served; and
c. 22:30 - finish

Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
