  • Vegetarians will be catered for individually and separately to the rest of the table (see below for vegetarian option).
  • £28 per person for each main course. 
  • To be paid for in advance of your meal.
  • Please note a discretionary 10% service charge will be applied to your bill on the day.

Roast Topside of dry aged Beef (minimum 4 people)
Dusty ape coffee cured roast topside of dry aged beef, slow braised beef cheek and Yorkshire pudding.
Served with seasonal walled garden vegetables, braised red cabbage, duck fat roast potatoes, horseradish cream, rich beef- bone marrow gravy

Iford Estate roasted Lamb (minimum 2 people)
Estate roasted lamb stuffed with an apricot, sage and onion farce, lamb sausage in blankets.
Served with seasonal walled garden vegetables, braised red cabbage, duck fat roast potatoes, estate mint sauce, lamb-redcurrant jus 

West Country whole roast Chicken (minimum 2 people)
West country whole roast chicken, sausage meat stuffing, smoked bacon, cider braised onions.
Served with seasonal walled garden vegetables, braised red cabbage, duck fat roast potatoes, orchard apple sauce, rich roasted chicken wing jus 

Iford Cider brined West Country loin of Pork (minimum 2 people)
Cider brined west country loin of pork, braised - pulled malted Bath Chap, chicharrons.
Served with seasonal walled garden vegetables, braised red cabbage, duck fat roast potatoes, Orchard apple sauce, scrumpy-pork gravy 

Treacle cured local Venison rump (minimum 4 people)
Treacle cured local venison rump, mustard herb crumb, corn bread, venison Lorne sausage
Served with seasonal walled garden vegetables, braised red cabbage, duck fat roast potatoes, Matson sauce, a rich venison jus 

Roast Creedy Carver whole duck (minimum 4 people)
