NGS Day - 6th September 2025
Welcome to our 81st year opening for the National Garden Scheme at Iford. This year we have moved our NGS Day to September - one of the most romantic months in the gardens here.
With erigeron and campanula climbing the steps, the late summer borders and pots full to overflowing, roses still in bloom and the wisteria usually flowering yet again, September is a magical time at Iford.
All proceeds from tickets sales for garden entry that day will be donated to the NGS.
Please book your ticket in advance here.
The time on your ticket is the time that we ask you arrive for the start of your visit. You are then welcome to enjoy the garden until it closes at 4pm.
Kindly note that children under 10 are not permitted in the garden.
The garden is on a steep hillside characterised by steps and uneven paths so we recommend sturdy shoes for your visit.
